Intro & background
Eastspring Investment Thailand was originally established through the collaboration of TMBAM Eastspring, Thanachart Fund Eastspring, and Eastspring Investments (Singapore). The company has a policy of launching mutual fund and provident fund initiatives to support those interested in investing and personal financial management.
The project is currently in its first development phase, focusing on the creation of a provident fund (PVD) application and website for employers, employees, fund committees, and Eastspring coordinators.
The next phase, which will involve the development of a mutual fund (MF) application, is expected to be completed within 2025-2026.

Problem
Eastspring TH needed to unify Mutual Funds and Provident Funds in one ecosystem.
Processes were complex with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements demanded strict compliance and careful handling of dependencies.
Solution
Phase 1: Built PVD app & website for transactions and approvals.
Phase 2: Planned MF app (2025–2026).
Enabled workflows: employee → employer/fund committee approvals; employers could also submit forms.
UX Focus
Designed clear, intuitive flows for all user roles.
Prioritized usability and error prevention, especially in menu structures.
Collaborated with devs, BAs, and architects for practical solutions.
Ensured scalability to support both PVD and MF.
KeyTakeaway
I was truly honored to serve as the lead UX/UI designer for this first major project. I took responsibility for analyzing user flows and interface design in alignment with the Business Requirements Document (BRD). Through this experience, I not only strengthened my technical expertise in UX/UI, but also enhanced my time management and ability to consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule and in full compliance with requirements.
